I/We wish to confirm my/our total pledge of $ to the Citizens for a Civic Auditorium Campaign designating it for use in the planning, building and operation of the Civic Auditorium in Casper, Wyoming.

Pledgors to the campaign have the option of scheduling donations over a period of time. Pledges over $1,000 can be made in payments over two years, and pledges over $5,000 can be made in payments over five years.

I/We acknowledge that the Citizens for a Civic Auditorium Campaign may rely upon this pledge in making subsequent legal commitments. This pledge is made in Casper, Wyoming and is governed by Wyoming State law. If this pledge is being made by an entity, the person signing this pledge represents and warrants to the Citizens for a Civic Auditorium Campaign that such person has been duly and properly authorized to execute this pledge on behalf of the pledgor, and that such authority has been granted in accordance with any and all organization or other governing documents of the pledgor.
